Managing business continuity risk is built into our operational processes at QRMC. This includes mitigating potential impacts to the health and safety of our people, clients and community from COVID-19.

For general business continuity management, QRMC has in place:

• Real-time and multiple off-site data back up
• Redundant equipment, communications connectivity and office space
• Records storage supplied by a professional storage provider
• Business operation manuals securely detailing all business processes and critical information
• A register of business disruption incidents and lessons learned (mechanisms put in place to prevent recurrence)
• Duplication of internal project management roles for each project
• Access to financial and human resources from our sister company Constructive Solutions Pty Ltd

For the management of potential disruptions as a result of COVID-19 developments, QRMC has in place:

• A COVID-19 Risk Management Plan incorporating isolation, testing and masking requirements
• Work from home facilities and protocols, including capacity for remote service delivery
• Risk assessment protocols for travel and in-person interactions
